Support pathway
Preventive and Whole-Person Wellness
Prevention-minded supportive care for resilience, rhythm, body awareness, and whole-person wellbeing.

Clinically responsible support
How InnerVital™ approaches this pathway
Many patients do not want to wait until they are in crisis before caring for themselves. Preventive and whole-person wellness at InnerVital focuses on rhythm, awareness, resilience, sleep, stress, digestion, movement, seasonal shifts, and care continuity.
This pathway helps patients build practical routines and use integrative services in a structured way. Depending on availability and appropriateness, care may include acupuncture, East Asian Medicine education, Medical Qigong, nutrition and supplementation education, herbs where appropriate, telehealth support, and coordination with medical clinicians.

Helpful next steps
What patients may experience
- A whole-person conversation about goals, routines, stress, sleep, digestion, movement, and medical context
- A practical plan that is realistic for work, family, caregiving, and lifestyle constraints
- Clear boundaries that wellness support does not replace preventive screening, primary care, vaccination guidance, or medical evaluation
Care coordination and safety
InnerVital™ uses a support-first model. We encourage patients to keep appropriate medical, behavioral health, rehabilitation, specialty, pediatric, oncology, palliative, or primary-care clinicians involved whenever the concern requires diagnosis, monitoring, medication decisions, or urgent evaluation.
Evidence-aware context
NCCIH’s mission is to define the usefulness and safety of complementary and integrative health interventions through rigorous research, and major academic integrative medicine centers describe integrative care as complementing medical care while addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. InnerVital’s whole-person wellness pathway follows that complementary, safety-aware framing.
When to seek urgent or conventional medical care
Do not use this website or supportive care pathway as a substitute for urgent medical evaluation. Seek appropriate medical, emergency, behavioral health, or specialist care for concerns such as new or unexplained symptoms, severe pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, neurologic symptoms, infection concerns, unexplained weight loss, or any symptom that requires timely medical evaluation.
