Service
Telehealth & Virtual Support
Planned follow-up support may help patients continue safe, non-invasive self-care between onsite visits after an appropriate in-person assessment.

What this service means at InnerVital™
Telehealth and virtual support are planned as a continuity layer after a patient has been evaluated in person at an InnerVital™ clinic or through another appropriate clinical workflow. Acupuncture itself remains an in-person service; virtual visits are designed for education, adherence support, outcomes check-ins, and safe non-invasive self-care guidance between onsite visits.
What a follow-up may include
- Reviewing the care plan and progress since the onsite visit
- Coaching on non-invasive self-care techniques that do not involve needles
- Guidance for auricular / ear seed use when placed or recommended by an appropriate practitioner
- Sooji / Korean hand-therapy-style mapping education for gentle self-care between visits
- Movement, breathing, routine, or lifestyle guidance within provider scope
- Escalation guidance when symptoms are outside the appropriate scope for virtual support
Why this matters
Many patients need help staying consistent between clinic visits. A short virtual follow-up can reinforce safe home routines, answer practical questions, and help the care team understand whether a plan is still appropriate.
Continuity support
InnerVital™ is planning telehealth as a follow-up and care-continuity service, not as a replacement for hands-on acupuncture or an initial in-person evaluation when needed.
